Jeff LaForce

The experienced BRG team is led by Jeff LaForce and is composed of skilled designers, and craftsmen who work closely with homeowners to ensure each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. With a deep understanding of Colorado’s unique architectural styles and a commitment to sustainable building practices, they seamlessly blend aesthetics with functionality.

Jeff LaForce started out in his career as a carpenter and worked on many projects in construction. In addition, Jeff worked as a Home Inspector. This experience enabled him to start his home remodeling business in Colorado.

Over the years, BRG Builds has completed hundreds of successful projects throughout Colorado, specializing in Greenwood Village, Golden, and Littleton, earning them numerous referrals and repeat clients. Their strong portfolio showcases a range of styles, from modern mountain homes to traditional designs, reflecting their versatility and expertise in the field. BRG Builds is fully licensed and insured, making them a trusted partner for homeowners looking to enhance their living spaces across Colorado.

When Jeff isn’t managing home remodels, he spends his time with his wife of 28 years Gloria, hiking, golfing, trail running, competing at Spartan Races, Cycling, and enjoying their grandchildren.

Jeff started a nonprofit back in 2015 in memory of his son, Garrett LaForce. He contributes back to the community through the Garrett LaForce Foundation to raise money through our golf and auction events to help support the local education system that is constantly looking for additional funding. About Us

Benny Izquierdo

Benny Izquierdo is the primary contact for all your roofing and exterior needs. After a successful career as an educator and school administrator he transitioned into roofing and has continued to grow his business completing 100’s of projects. His next growth step was to align himself with an established Construction Company and build the roofing side for them. After a years long relationship with BRG and several successful projects completed together it was a natural fit to join forces.

Our Process

Step 1: Initial Contact

We discuss the overall scope of the project, plan, and budget and then schedule an onsite visit.

Step 2: On – Site Visit

We review the project and inspect the site together. This is a very important part of the process as we will be working together closely while the project is being completed.

Step 3: Estimate

A detailed estimate is provided.

Step 4: Sign Proposal

If you feel we are a good fit to work together, we will require your signature on our proposal and at that point the next phase begins.

Step 5: Putting our team together

We will coordinate with our specialized and vetted subcontractors and designers to establish a timeline and select materials for your project.

Step 6: And Here We Go!

The project begins! We start work on your project on the agreed upon date and will regularly keep you updated on the status of the project and estimated timelines.
